It is important to brush your teeth at least twice daily — in the morning and at night. Using a toothbrush with soft bristles and your favorite fluoride toothpaste, brush with your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle where your teeth meet the gums. Do not scrub your teeth, as this can damage your tooth enamel and irritate your gums. Instead, use gentle but firm pressure and rock back and forth with circular movements. Brush all surfaces of your teeth, including the insides of each arch and the molars in the back of your mouth. It is also important to brush your tongue from back to front, as this removes plaque and prevents bad breath.

The Correct Way To Floss
Contrary to popular belief, flossing is NOT optional. Floss at least once a day, moving the floss between your teeth and toward your gums. Gently slide the floss under the gum line by curving the floss around each tooth then move the floss up and down a few times to scrape the plaque off your teeth.

Best dentist office ever, very nice and very friendly team. The hygienic!, 😲 she is very very professional, I usually have more pain and discomfort when I brush my teeth. I really like hir and highly recommend her 👌. I'm very satisfied with the quality of her work and the overall office staff.
